We have designed our pricing structure with your needs in mind. For basic "quick fixes" you will be covered by our Flat Fee Plan. We don't believe you should have to pay more for services you dont need or use.
Please note: We must run an authorization on your major credit card prior to beginning service. Only once your service is complete will you be charged.

*Flat Fee Per Call - $49.95 ...Covers up to 30 minutes of telephone and remote computer support and will address most "basic" issues & concerns.
*Additional Time Blocks - $25 per 15 minute increment beyond first 1/2 hour.
- Virus, Spyware, pop-up's, Adware Removal Plan - $75.00
- PC Tuneup Plan - $99.95 ...We will optimize your machine for peak performance, remove unnecessary software and startup items.
- The Works! - $149.95 ...We will consult with you to address error messages, startup problems, clear your machine of spyware/adware/pop-ups and viruses, Install software and instruct you on its' usage to help you maintain a well running computer, we will optimize your machine for peak performance, remove unnecessary software and startup items.
- Complete PC Reload Including Software - $199 (Note: you must have windows cd and software discs. Includes up to 3 seperate software installs)
- Wireless Network Setup Plan - $175 ...Includes router configuration, security settings and 2 wireless machine connections)
- Tech Advice Plan - $35 ...(up to 20 min per call) Want to pick our brain for suggestions on hardware/software purchases or recomendations on new hardware, etc.. We are happy to assist you!
- Training Plan - $99.95 ... Covers one hour of training in your area of interest. (MS Office - Word, Excell, Using Windows XP, Windows Vista, Facebook, Myspace, and more. Something special? Just ask us!)
